Thank you for choosing Paul and Associates! Whether you are a new or existing customer, we value your business. We will strive to make sure your experience with us is pleasant and leads to a long-standing relationship.

The following is some information that will help you in your ordering process.

  • All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
  • These are reproduction parts.  They are non-functioning and are not intended for gasoline use.
  • Check the fit of a part before painting or plating.

Shipping

**DO NOT SIGN FOR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS**

Paul and Associate strive for honesty when it comes to our customers.  This means NO hidden fees.  We charge actual shipping, whatever it costs us to ship your package to you is what you pay.  That is why we do not calculate shipping on the internet or over the phone.  We wait until the order is boxed and weighed, to get you the cheapest shipping rates.

  • Always inspect your package immediately upon receipt.  If there is damage to the package, please contact us as soon as possible. Paul and Associate initiates a claim on your behalf.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to packages that are shipped out of the U.S.A. or for packages sent to warehouses or pick-up destinations.

Return/refund Policy

Customers not satisfied with a part have 30 days from the date the order was shipped to return for a refund, less shipping costs.

  • To receive a refund the part may not be altered.  This pertains, but is not limited to; bending, painting, drilling, sanding, cutting or any other alterations that have been made to the part(s) by the customer.
  • All returns over 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • All returns MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice to ensure proper credit is applied.
